Waverly Jade
She made her entrance fast and furious, as all babies in our family have. She weighed 8lb 8oz and is completely healthy.
As you can imagine, Papa and Mimi are so grateful to the Lord for this gift and so proud of her Mom and Dad.
Layne stayed with us while her mom was in the hospital. She did marvelously, no crying or sadness. She's such a precious little two year old.

Waverly stayed one night in the hospital and then came by our house to meet her big sister.
She wasn't quite so happy about having to wear clothes.

Waverly, your Mimi loves you so much. My heart swells with joy when I think about you. I count it as a distinct honor to be able to watch you grow and see where God will take your life. I can't wait to read to you, play with you, rock you to sleep and watch you dance through life. You are a gift from God and I thank Him for your precious life!
