Elijah agreed to help me clean up the Christmas tree needles. I returned to find this message he had created. I can imagine the time it took to sweep out this message, compared to how long it would have taken to just sweep them into a pile. Maybe this explains why it takes all day for him to finish his schoolwork? Gotta admire his creativity....just wish he could be a bit speedier!

My Christmas gift
For Christmas this year, John gave me a dinner out per month for a year. I get to choose where we go. The first one I chose his favorite place...Salt and Lime. We took advantage of Elijah being at a friend's house and Abbey being at practice to go during the day. Restaurants are just now beginning to open up from covid closures. We wanted to go during a time that wasn't very crowded. Most restaurants have very limited seating, so the wait can be long. Will life ever be normal again???

2021~ A New Year Begins...
We were blessed to ring in the new year of 2021 at the beach....
John and I were so very excited to see each of them. We really had not seen them much since the summer. Because of his Thyroid issue, they had to keep Jude very isolated. It was hard, as he didn't really know any of us. Oh, how we have missed them all!!
