Elijah's 14th birthday, February 22, 2022

Happy birthday to my youngest baby! Today, Elijah turns 14! He's such a special young man. With a wicked sense of humor, he still knows no stranger. He is our resident cheese head, loving everything and anything with cheese on it. (Which is so ironic. We were told when we were in China that most Chinese did not like cheese and were, in fact, lactose intolerant. We did not see or have any cheese the entire time we were in China, except at MacDonalds). So, appropriately, Elijah elected to have cheese spray with Ritz crackers along with ice cream for his birthday breakfast.

He chose his birthday dinner at, you guessed it, a Mac N Cheese restaurant. Home of the $11 Mac n Cheese.
