Anna started a photography business and has several clients close to us, which is totally great with us, because it means the girls get to visit with us!
This time of year visits mean visits to the pool!
When we came home, we created beach scenes with jello.

I can't believe how fast Lyra's first year flew by! She is very much a Mama's girl, but Mimi is rubbing off a bit. She's ok with Mom leaving after she's gone. She even seems to let loose a bit and have a good time. Lyra is a little mama, always loving on baby dolls. She knows no fear and is quite feisty. She keeps Layne and Waverly in check. While she definitely knows who I am, she still pronounces Mimi so that it sounds a lot like Mama.
